Always been an outspoken, daring, bold middle child.

Spent 4 years as a customer success manager at a HR tech company in London. Was originally hired for my personality and because i was a good culture fit. Loved the first 2 years. After 2 years we moved offices and everything became more coroporate.

I was no longer celebrated. I was told off, called into meeting, had my personality and creativity suppressed. It turned into a toxic work environment for me. By the time i left, my mental health was on the floor.

That's why my focus is now teaching / helping the action-taking, big vision fellow rebel types who wanna build a massive empire, without having to be professional, corporate or boring.

Who wanna make loadsa money even though they were never given promotions or payrises cos it 'wouldn't look good to higher management'
