Spent 4 years as a customer success manager at a HR tech company in London. Was originally hired for my personality and because i was a good culture fit. Loved the first 2 years. After 2 years we moved offices and everything became more coroporate.

I was no longer celebrated. I was told off, called into meeting, had my personality and creativity suppressed. It turned into a toxic work environment for me. By the time i left, my mental health was on the floor.

That's why my focus is now teaching / helping the action-taking, big vision fellow rebel types who wanna build a massive empire, without having to be professional, corporate or boring.
